Many workplaces have undergone a significant transformation throughout the pandemic. Our Psychology Week Working Minds panel discussion will explore what it means to be a mentally healthy workplace, and the role every business, employer and employee can play.

Experts in workplace wellbeing will discuss new research into job crafting, passion and psychological safety at work – and why wellbeing should be a priority in every workplace.

The APS will launch the research report, detailing the findings from the research conducted by the University of Melbourne, which shines a spotlight on why mentally healthy workplaces matter.
